Project Summary
Whitecross were engaged by F45 Haymarket to assist in the creation of a new gym in central Edinburgh in line with global F45 standards and specification. The subject premises were a new build retail shell.

Our Role:
The following services were provided.
- Assisted in lease negotiations and agreed landlord works prior to entry.
- Prepared scheme design options and drawings for statutory consent and tendering.
- Adopted the role of Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Cost Consultant in respect of fit out works.
- Adopted the role of Principal Designer in execution of Client duties under CDM Regulations.
