• Reviewing all lease and legal documentation in relation to each property.
• Preparing individual schedules of condition for each property where a lease and repairing obligation remained.
• Appointed and managed the general survey team including other professionals such as environmental surveyors and structural engineers.
• Cost reporting and facilitating reduction in purchase price due to condition of the premises.
• Follow on instruction to negotiate future dilapidations on specific sites and specify and manage maintenance works where appropriate.
