Employers Agent 

Acting as the Clients representative as part of Design & Build Projects administering the contract to completion. 

Statutory Consents  

  • Planning and Advertisement Consent Applications 
  • Building Warrant Applications 

Preparing applications for Building Warrants, Planning Applications and Listed Building Consents including drawings. 

License for Alteration 

Submit applications for Landlord’s approval for alterations to a tenant’s demise including producing plan drawings and agreeing specifications for the works. Also acting for the landlord to ensure that the lease and all legal implications are considered to safeguard the premises. 

Occupancy Planning 

Independent advice and consultancy services to owner and occupiers on all aspects of property occupation and strategic occupancy planning issues. Services include space use analysis, workplace audit, property audit, property selection and option appraisal. 

Project, Fund and Tenant Monitoring Roles 

Reporting to Funds, Investors and Landlord’s on projects. Reviewing planning, design and construction information and reporting on risks to programme, cost and quality. Undertaking regular inspections and meetings with professional teams, developer and tenants, reporting on progress and financial status and drawdowns.   

Principal Designer and CDM Regulation Compliance 

Acting as CDM Coordinator on construction projects to comply with the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015.
