Prepare specifications and implement works to listed and historic buildings and monuments including the use of specialist contractors and traditional repair methods.
Formulate planned maintenance programmes to ensure that all future maintenance requirements and repairing obligations are met.
Providing Building Insurance Advice on behalf of both Landlords and Occupiers including Building Reinstatement Cost Assessments of all types of property and property portfolios.
Acting on behalf of both Landlords and Occupiers with regard to assessing dilapidations liabilities, preparing dilapidation claims and negotiating appropriate settlements.
Prepare feasibility studies including liaising with Statutory and Planning Authorities as appropriate. Obtain relevant consents and grants as necessary prior to designing, specifying, obtaining tenders, and administering works to completion.
