Providing all-encompassing service to client to refurbish, alter and fit out properties including design and specification duties, issuing and appraising tenders, managing contractor and consultants and appraising contractor payment claims.
Preparing applications for Building Warrants, Planning Applications and Listed Building Consents including drawings.
Submit applications for Landlords approval for alterations to a tenants demise including producing plan drawings and agreeing specifications for the works. Also acting for the landlord to ensure that the lease and all legal implications are considered to safeguard the premises.
Acting as CDM Coordinator on construction projects to comply with the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2007.
