Prepared a costed schedule of dilapidations then acted as lead consultant for the refurbishment.
Whitecross were initially instructed to prepare a full costed schedule of dilapidations on both the 7th and 8th floors of 145 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, followed by negotiation of an appropriate settlement from the outgoing tenant.
Following conclusion of the dilapidations settlement, we were instructed to act as lead consultant and contract administrator in relation to the refurbishment of both the 7th and 8th floors including full design, building warrant application, specification, tender evaluation and managing the works. During this process, new tenants agreed to take the floors which therefore resulted in a change in the design of both floors to suit their requirements and incorporation of their fit out specification.
Both floors were completed simultaneously to the tenants requirements within a restricted timescale and within budget. Further to completing these floors we were further instructed to refurbish the 2nd floor of the office building to a similar standard to the upper floors, ready to receive a new tenant.
