Acting as contract administrator, Whitecross coordinated the separation of an original terraced retail unit in the west end of Glasgow for Ignis Real Estate. The original 9,000 sq ft unit was successfully divided to form two retail units incorporating new glazed feature entrance canopy along with new glazed shopfronts and ancillary facilities.

Having completed a feasibility study, including budget costs, full construction drawings and tender documentation was prepared followed by management of the contractor on site. Additionally the appropriate building warrant was obtained from the local authority along with appointment and management of various sub consultants.

The works were completed on time and within budget enabling the units to be successfully let to Café Nero and Mountain Warehouse on long term leases.
